I am working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Lallemand within the global Lallemand Plant Care division. Lallemand mission is to develop and market natural, microbial-based solutions for agriculture. In this role, I manage cross-functional projects. I drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance global operational efficiency and product quality.

Before, as R&D Manager in the Fermentation Department, I was responsible for developing, scale-up and optimizing production processes for the Lallemand Plant Care portfolio and before for Bayer Crop Science.
