Montse Muñoz Abellana

Following a 30 years career as Executive in Consumer Goods and Healthcare, I currently serve several listed and private companies as Independent Director. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work in very diverse environments that have allowed me to grow, learn and contribute with a strategic and purpose-driven mindset.

I firmly believe that collectively building the right conditions for female talent success is not only necessary but urgent. That is why I actively support initiatives that promote equality, opportunities and empowerment of women, specially in fields where we are still underrepresented.

Through the IQS STEM4HER initiative, I aim to help share learning and growth experiences that can inspire other women. I am guided by the deep conviction that we all carry more within us than we believe true to the motto that inspires me. "Plus est en vous".
